10 Day Money Back Guarantee
If you are unhappy with the product and would like a refund, simply let us know within 10 days of your purchase and we will refund your purchase. After 10 days we will not be able to refund your purchase.
How do I get a refund?
Please contact us via our contact form here and let us know your Order ID and email address.
Please remove all PremiumPress themes from your website and personal computer before submitting the request. We cannot process refunds when the theme is still being used.
How long does it take?
It will take between 7 and 14 working days for your refund to be processed.
How do I cancel my refund request?
If you've changed your mind and would like to continue using our products, please contact us within 7 days of your refund request so we can re-activate your account.
Can I switch to a different theme?
In the event that you purchased the wrong theme by mistake, or would like to swap themes, we're happy to swap your theme for another of the same purchase price within a 30-day period from your purchase date.
Theme changes can only be made once.
